Acute Secondary Angle closure
Webinar Description
Presenter: Victor Koh
The patient presented with raised intraocular pressure due to a subluxated cataract. The cornea was edematous and intraoperative view was poor. Cornea clarity improved by debriding the swollen corneal epithelium and capsular staining improved visibility for nuclear disassembly. A gentle phacoemulsification with little stress on the zonules was critical to preserve the capsular bag.
