This video shows the surgical management of a late bleb complication following mitomycin augmented trabeculectomy. Bleb leakage resulted in hypotony with progressive visual loss along with maculopathy. A scleral patch graft is used to cover the site of the trabebeculectomy scleral flap and conjunctival advancement is performed to overlay this site with healthy conjunctiva.
